Cashew Turmeric Dressing

From the Imus Ranch Kitchen and Chef Miguel Bautista

Ingredients:

• 1 cup raw organic cashew butter
• 1 tbsp. organic turmeric powder
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/3 cup water
• pinch of salt
• pinch of fresh black pepper
• 1 tsp. raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
• 4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, wisk all ingredients until creamy consistency. Adjust salt to taste.

Note: You can add 1 cup of nutritional yeast or raw parmesan cheese to the mixture. If it gets too thick, add more water.
