RIP Fred. You were a good man in every sense of the word.
I was saddened to read about Fred's passing. I always enjoyed when Fred was on the show
Gone too soon, RIP.
I loved every time Fred appeared on the program. He always added humor to the program. You could tell the genuine love between Fred and Don. Fred didn't sugar coat anything and always told it like it was. I made a special trip to Circle K today for a coffee in honor of Fred. I know you are with Dear John now looking down on us. RIP Fred.
Dear Mr. Imus
Long time listener. Always enjoyed when your brother Fred would call in to participate on your show. Stories about his dog's, and joking about his ex's, Always knew you loved him by the way you signed off before hanging up with him. You made a point of telling him you loved him. I would like to express my heart felt condolences to you and your loved ones.
Sincerly

Fred conveyed an "every man" image. He was. I am deeply saddened by his passing and pray for the comfort of those close to him that will miss him terribly.
God speed Fred. You are a wonderful character who will be missed very much.
To Don and all the Imus radio family: we are saddened by the going home of Fred. I still have my auto body express denim work shirt which Fred himself took the order many years ago. Our condolances to all associated with Fred.

Spoke with Fred many a time when ordering from the Auto Body Express. Enjoyed his calls to his brother . . Enjoyed him on Outlaw Country . . . I will Miss him.
May God's Blessings be with you Imus and Family, and may Fred be with our good Lord playing music for HIM.
Fred, we'll miss you.
No matter whether it was good times or bad, Fred Imus was always genuine and lived and loved the simple life until the end. Rest in Peace, Fred.
Fred Imus was like the other bookend. He was very creative and also opinionated, but not in an over-bearing way. I'm certain he learned as much from his brother as Don learned from him. I think I'm going to go find that song he wrote "I don't want to have to Marry you" and listen to it every now and then. God rest his soul.
Dear Imus Family,
I loved Fred and his humor. You told your brother often that you loved him and that was so great! So sad for you.
RIP Fred, as you made us laugh and brightened up each morning you were on. Stay Strong I-Man as you have done for soo many years. Fred is in a better world,
My prayers are with you and your family. The love between Don & Fred was obvious to all.
My condolences to the I-man and the entire Imus family for the loss of a great straight shooter.....
Truly saddened when I heard this news. I always looked forward to Fred's call ins during the shows. Definitely a highlight. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
The brotherly love leaped through the radio every time Fred appeared. His warm sense of humor will be missed by all of us but ours is a minor loss compared to the loss felt by his family. Take peace in knowing that Fred is now making the Angels "smile" and that he will be there to greet you when your time comes. God Bless you Fred!
Don,
Even though you hate Palmdale, California, I love you and really enjoyed when Fred came on. Everyone could tell how much you loved each other and both of you are for real.
Hearing about the deaths of the Seal 6 Team in Afghanistan and then Fred was too damn much for me this weekend.
He brought a lot of smiles to my face when I did not feel like smiling. Always enjoyed every time he was on the TV or Radio with Don. My thoughts and prayers are with all the Imus family and friends.
I was always entertained and seldom did I not get a chuckle when hearing Don and Fred discuss life and all that goes with it.
Fred's Sunday morning show was a favorite too. He chose good music and always made me laugh at something every week.
He will be sorely missed. Condolences to the Imus family.
I remember when Fred was on and told the story of getting kicked off these dating web sites. He returned weeks later and spoke of pictures he was receiving from women interested in him. Tattoos and Harleys. I laughed so hard!!! I always looked forward to Fred's appearance on the show. I will miss him. RIP Fred. My condolences to the Imus family.
Love the "Baby Jesus"!
i enjoyed listening to this down to earth guy. he was samart with a good sense of humor.
You will be missed fred. You was one of the best. RIP.
